Would a standard, run of the mill Marine rifleman with no aspirations of rising any further than a basic grunt ever need to acquire a security clearance from the military? If so, why? Does everybody need a security clearance at some point in their military career, even if it’s in peacetime?

My computer got infected with some virus or malware and i wasnt able to open my C drive and many of the programs were missing.So i restored my system to an earlier time.Now everything is fine and also i found the programs.

So i just wanted to confirm that>>can we get rid of viruses or malware by system restore??or anything else need to be done??

I had the Antivirus Trigger on my computer, used spyware doctor, and AVG which didn’t get rid of it. Then I used Smitfraud which I think worked because it doesn’t show up anymore and my desktop background changed. But I still can’t open any of my desktop icons or any other applications in normal mode on my computer. Please Help!!
