I have a computer virus and have removed alot of ifected files with avast, but it’s still here, what should I do?

And I’m not gonna install another antivirus than Avast. Any experts out there?

ok so here’s the thing,my computer has malware doctor virus and i can’t figure out what to do….maybe it would be easier if i were able to go to the startup menu at least but i cant even do that!every time i try to start my computer the screen goes black!And if i press f8 to try starting it in safe mode it freezes….what should i do?Is their some kind of cd i can put to make my computer start?

I recently received my PC in the mail, and I am getting ready to fire it up! I am wondering if anyone has recommendations for cheap (or free), excellent virus protection software there is available.
I’ve looked online and I see that mostly everyone has generally the same thing to say about each software.
Any pointers?

I got spyware on my computer. On my other account i cant go on the web or do nothin on it. Im on my sis account rite now. Oh yeah and my background has a Warning pic that just appeared and replaced my orginial pic. Anybody know a program i can remove this spyware or Virus. Watever it is. PLZZZZ HELP!
